The hotel enjoys a convenient location close to the beach, allowing guests to easily soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful view. The pier provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. the hotel is situated away from the busy city center of Alanya, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment for guests to unwind.
One area for improvement could be the limited availability of ice cream, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I’m happy with our stay, the only thing is that the pool close at 5pm, this is way to early. Especially when they don’t have anything for older kids, unless you pay extra, for tennis, table tennis and things. My kids just wanted to be in the pool. Ice cream served only during 1 hour per day.

All the main sights, including Konakli Time Center are not far from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose club dem spa & resort. We totally recommend the place, we think.

The hotel had a great location, with everything nearby. The staff were very friendly and provided world-class service. The entertainment crew was entertaining and made the stay super fun. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with soft beds and a nice view over the pool area.
The pool water was a bit cold and there were not enough sunbeds available. In the evenings, it could get a bit noisy from the entertainment by the pool.

This weekend was great! I loved the fact that the hotel is not too big, which makes it easier to get around. , the food was really tasty and diverse, with a good mix of local and international dishes. Another advantage was that the hotel is located just a short walk away from the beach, which was very convenient.
There was a lot of noise from the nearby area in the evenings, which made it hard to sleep. , the room was a bit too small for my liking, but it was still clean and had everything I needed.
